Just when you thought that the Sony PSP could function with just Memory Stick Pro DUOs, along comes the CR-5400 that converts a microSD/microSDHC memory card into a Memory Stick Pro DUO, allowing you to tote up to 16GB of data on it. For those who prefer double the amount, why not pick up the CR-3100 that is able to combine up to a quartet of such microSDHC cards, bringing the total to a whopping 32GB! Currently, the manufacturer is looking to hit a maximum storage of 64GB - guess the PSP can hold even more information than an Asus Eee PC eh!

The Sound Princes sdevice from Otohime is an electronic “flush” that not only helps you out in embarassing situations, it also helps save the environment by minimizing the use of water. After all, Japanese ladies are pretty modest with the kinds of noise they make while relieving themselves in the loo, which led to them repeatedly flushing the toilet so that whatever sounds being created would be masked by the torrent of water. The Sound Princess recreates the flushing sound without wasting a drop of water, where waving one’s hand right over the front sensor will automatically activate it for approximately 25 seconds. Now that’s a pretty long flush if you ask me, so thankfully they can be stopped by pushing a button on the Sound Princess. I wonder if the sound also includes the tank refilling itself, as not having that would give the game away.

Fans of Madonna will rejoice with news that Sony Ericsson will be attaching music and mobile content from the Material Girl’s latest album, “Hard Candy”, to selected Sony Ericsson handsets across 27 countries. This range of handsets will come pre-loaded with either five tracks, or the full-fat album, and both with extra content such as wallpapers and ringtones. These special mobile music bundles can be found in the following countries - Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Jamaica, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru, Puerto Rico, Uruguay and Venezuela. For those residing in Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway and Sweden, they can pick up the Sony Ericsson W890 Walkman phone that comes with a Hard Candy download voucher and a remix of hit track “4 Minutes”. With the advent of digital music, I guess artists will have to reinvent themselves if they want to earn the big bucks, and tie ups such as this will definitely help them connect with the younger generation.

Lian Li is more famous for their line of high end PC cases, but the company isn’t too far away from rolling out an Xbox 360 replacement case either. Apparently, this case will offer additional cooling thanks to a quieter 120mm fan, where the entire front is but a grill that lets the air through, letting you check out the plethora of controller connectivity lights clearly. No quick swapping the SATA hard drive though with this Lian Li 360. It will come with flush screws while the side panels are plain sheets of aluminum. If you’re an Xbox 360 owner, what would drive you to get one of these replacement casings?

What’s a Wiimote good for? In addition to slinging it around like a mad person on steroids (while enjoying a round of tennis, of course), you can also hack it and turn it into the Wii Spray as what Martin Lihs has done for his final thesis at Bauhaus-University in Weimar, Germany. Apparently, this prototype will function as a virtual spray can, and I can already see game developers thinking of coming up with graffiti games for this unique modded controller.

No, the Eee PC might be tiny in size, but the Eee TV definitely isn’t, bringing 42″ of viewing goodness to your living room. I personally don’t like the idea of Asus killing the Eee name by slapping it over a wide range of different devices - after all, isn’t it supposed to signify something small and extremely portable? Very little else is known about the Eee TV, but I would prefer to stick to more established brands when it comes to LCD TVs.

Strange to see AU Optronics release the first 21.5″ LCD display in the world that features full High Definition resolution (1080p) - I thought that at sizes of 32″ and below, the human eye can’t really tell the difference between 1080p, 1080i and 720p. Well, at least you know this will complement your PS3 as well as Blu-ray players if you happen to own either (or both) in your home. This new range of full HD LCD panels feature a widescreen aspect ratio of 16:9, a contrast ratio of 1,000 to 1 and a speedy response time. I’d settle for a 24″ widescreen LCD monitor instead, thank you very much.

iHome has not forgotten about the Microsoft Zune, coming up with what it dubs the “first clock radio for the Zune in the world”. I’m not sure whether iHome will be able to recoup the costs of developing and marketing the iHome ZN9 peripheral since the Zune isn’t exactly selling like hotcakes, but at least the beleaguered Zune owners have something different to look forward to this time. I’m sure it does what all other iPod speaker docks do - charge the Zune, plays back your favorite tunes, wakes you up at the designated time, and provides the Zune a resting place when not in use.

I wonder what took so long for the Wine Stopper USB Memory Stick to be conceived. After all, nothing much is sacred anymore when it comes to USB flash drives, so might as well go all the way with this idea. I like the fact that you can always get a whiff of the sweet aroma from where that piece of cork came from, and being a Friday it will be the perfect way to end the working week as you mentally prepare yourself for a weekend of non-stop and wild partying.

If you want to be enveloped by high quality audio, then the iBose Egg Chair should be the perfect solution. This chair features a design that is reminiscent of the 1960s, reupholstered with black velveteen cloth. Inside you will find a Bose Companion 3 subwoofer and satellite speaker system that is capable of reproducing the mids and highs in the chair. Nearer to the head, you will find a JBL OnTour portable speaker system with 1.5? stereo speakers and an integrated amplifier for that added boost, while the bottom of the seat holds a quartet of Fusion 6.5? midwoofers, powered by an Onkyo home theater receiver to feel the thumping bass. Audio can be streamed via Ethernet or Wi-Fi connectivity thanks to the embedded Airport Express. Sounds pretty dreamy, eh?
