ISPs could not care less about malware
September 10th, 2007
Looks like ISPs are turning a blind eye when it comes to bad behavior on their network, where an IP address that is part of a botnet or even a phishing site were allowed to continue up to several months, putting users of the network at risk of identity theft and more. While this news is hardly surprising (no thanks to Mr. Apathy), things could only get worse as tens of millions of infected systems could potentially be a supercomputer that is not controlled by a government or mega-corporation but by criminals instead. Have you taken all the necessary steps to make your online computing experience as safe as possible?
