Beo5 remote arrivesBang & Olufsen has just announced the Beo5 remote control that was 15 years in the making, bringing a fully flexible and personalized remote control with a universal language that can operate any product combination as well as products with features and functions that are waiting to be discovered. The Beo5 functions equally well with certain non-B&O products, featuring the chameleon-like ability to adapt to virtually any product configuration you have at home. Both buttons and functions can be added, removed, and even arranged to suit your individual taste made possible by a touchscreen color LCD display with tactile feedback. The Beo5 even comes with an impressive battery life, lasting up to 12 days before being required to juice up. The materials used in constructing the Beo5 are of the highest order, boasting hand lotion tolerance, scratch resistance, extreme temperature handling, and the ability to survive even the most severe drops. Expect the Beo5 to hit North America sometime this fall for $560.
