While the LG KS20 will only be presented in an official capacity at IFA 2007 early next month, there are already quite a few images of it floating around. I must say that it looks very much like a beauty, bringing a 2 megapixel camera, an integrated audio and video player, Bluetooth connectivity, and a 2.8″ touchscreen display to the fore. This HSDPA-enabled smartphone runs on Windows Mobile 6 as the operating system of choice and will hit European shores sometime at the end of the year at a yet undisclosed price. Start breaking out those piggy banks, boys!

Fancy making your desktop a little livelier? How about the Hop Pops that would find a home in virtually any desktop environment? These tiny animals come with bobbing heads that respond not to kinetic energy, but noise or interaction instead. Choose from frog, rabbit, panda, duck, monkey or bear designs for $17 a pop. Alternatively, you can pick up the entire set for $88. I suppose having a few of these lined up on top of your monitor with non-stop music playing in the background would make for a much more bearable Monday.

Panasonic has a brand new digital audio player in town known as the D-Snap SV-SD950N. It comes in a rectangular form factor with an SD memory card slot for your storage needs. Each purchase ships with a measly 1GB SD memory card, so you would be well advised to pick up 2GB cards when the opportunity swings by. The best part would be Bluetooth connectivity that enables you to enjoy music without the hassle of wires cramping your style, making this an ideal candidate at the gym or long road trips. Battery life is pretty impressive, clocking up to 60 hours of continuous playback before requiring a recharge. The Panasonic D-Snap SV-SD950N will be released this September for approximately $219 in silver or black colors.

The LG Shine Signature, also known as the LG LC3600, is currently available in Korea. This slim candybar handset looks as though it targets the business crowd with a RAZR-inspired keypad to boot. It features a 1.3 megapixel camera, a built-in audio and video player, Bluetooth connectivity, and the option to engrave whatever you want behind - hence the “Signature” part of its name. Great for those who want to present a gift to a loved one. Rumor has it that an international version is in the works - hopefully this can be confirmed. I’d be one happy person if that were to happen…

Bostjan Majcen has designed what is probably one of the best looking MacBook Pro cooling solutions ever, where the fan itself is hidden right underneath the Apple logo, bringing a sense of minimalist design that Apple is so famous for. Not only does it look good, it even comes with a slightly elevated stand to raise the display to a more comfortable level. Not only that, the keyboard’s angle also affords an easier typing experience to prevent painful wrists after a long day at work. This all-aluminum laptop cooler even comes with extra USB and FireWire ports. Would you like to see this concept materialize?

IOGear has just unveiled the 3-in-1 Wireless Phaser Presentation mouse (or you can always refer to it by its convoluted model number, GME422Rw6) that not only functions as a pointing device, it is also a laser pointer and track ball with optical abilities as well. Compatible with both PCs and Macs, the Phaser Presentation mouse has a 30 foot operating radius with the USB receiver that is plugged into your computer. The resolution ranges between 800 to 1600 dpi, and would probably make an average gaming mouse although hardcore gamers will probably steer clear of this. In addition, this pointing peripheral features Nano Coating that acts as a Silence 15′ spell for bacteria. You can pick one up for $59.95.

Braun has a brand new shaver up on store shelves in the form of the Braun Pulsonic electric razor. Apparently, the company isn’t happy having the Pulsonic just sit there on shelves - instead, it will soon be the beneficiary of a huge advertising campaign that will involves unshaved men from all walks of life along with a guidebook on caring for your gorilla. Nah, I’m just kidding. This ad campaign will definitely be large though, even involving a blog. If you plan on helping save the environment, you’d be pleased to know that the Pulsonic shaver is the first of its kind that qualify for the government’s ENERGY STAR program, consuming 64% less energy than standard shavers.

You remember those emergency boxes that come in red and have a thin glass covering a key that is smashed during an emergency? Well, the Emergency Money Box takes the same concept and will definitely make a great conversation starter in your home. I doubt you’d store any dollar bills in there for all and sundry to see, since the temptation of having someone break into your ’savings’ without your knowledge could prove to be too great. Man, one must be in really dire straits to actually break this for a bunch of coins. This design by Becky Miller would make a great gift.

The Brix phone might just be a concept at this point in time, but the idea behind this concept is definitely interesting enough to warrant a commercial production. The whole front surface makes up a touchscreen, allowing you to access all your contacts, messages, and multimedia files via a touch-based interface. What makes the Brix special is the ability to string with another Brix, doubling the screen real estate in an instant. Heck, even a temporary virtual shared folder is created, bringing content from both devices together until they’re disconnected. The best part would be chaining a virtually unlimited number of Brix handsets to form a really large (and probably expensive) TV. iPhone who?
