Graphic EQ solution for mobile devices

SRS Labs will be offering a spanking new 10-band graphic EQ solution for mobile devices (cellphones, PDAs, PMPs), giving users unprecedented audio control and personalization. The new audio process will be made available to ARM 9-based processors and the Windows Mobile operating system platform, and one obvious benefit would be the dramatic improvement in device battery life due to a lower resource requirement. It’s availability on other platforms will be announced shortly. For those who use their cellphones as the primary means of playing music, this announcement will definitely be crucial in shaping their next purchase decision.
