BoyGenius Report even has a scanned image of the handset’s advertisement, and from what we can tell the Curve will feature WiFi connectivity and UMA. This modded version of the Curve will be known as the 8320, but what’s more important are the added functionalities that will definitely sit down well with the business community. Intel-powered chopper rides on

Intel-powered chopper rides on

Orange County Choppers has collaborated with Intel to create a bike known as Satan’s ride. Disappointingly enough, it doesn’t come with any hellfire motifs or flaming wheels that will put Ghost Rider to shame, but it does hold a respectable amount of horsepower underneath its hood. Nobody can turn down four dual V-twin motors, but what makes this ride all the more special is the inclusion of multiple Intel quad-core processors that help process the two rearview camera displays, virtual gauges, StreetDeck Infotainment, a far out speedometer, and even a Web browser! No keys are required to start this bike - all you need to do is place your finger on the biometric fingerprint sensor and punch the virtual ignition button you’re good to go. No word on price, but it ought to burn a pretty hole in your pocket.

Sony Ericsson drops K770i

Sony Ericsson drops K770iSony Ericsson has a spanking new Cybershot cellphone known as the K770i, and it definitely bursts onto the scene with a brilliant 3.2 megapixel camera while measuring a mere 14.5mm thin. Available in Truffle Brown color, it seems as though Sony Ericsson is working towards a more fashionable cellphone market. Photos captured with the K770i handset can be printed up to A4 size, while a built-in flash definitely goes a long way in helping you capture razor sharp images even in low light conditions. Features include a pre-loaded photo-editing software, a 1.9″ display, 16MB memory, a memory card slot, a media player, Bluetooth connectivity, and an integrated FM radio. The first batch of K770i cellphones will hit the market this autumn at a yet undisclosed price.

Ambilight technology gets an upgrade

Ambilight technology gets an upgrade

Philips has experienced a certain degree of success with its Ambilight technology, and the company is moving forward by integrating the lighting straight into the frame itself. The naming convention has also changed, and it will be christened “Aurea”. Philips did mention though that “Aurea brings light and color to life in an unparalleled, highly visual and immersive fashion, drawing the audience into the full emotional experience Ambilight offers. Aurea marks a departure from the world of television as we know it today”. So right now all we know is Aurea will be Ambilight that is hooked on steroids. Has Ambilight technology ever influenced your purchasing decision?

Emgeton Mini One - Windows Powered iPhone Clone

Emgeton Mini One - Windows Powered iPhone Clone

We’ve received a note saying that this Mini One anti-iPhone was coming out at the end of this year. The most notable point is that it has a 720×480 display, which is quite amazing for a 3.3 inch size. Emgeton (a Czech company) claims that this phone is powerful enough to record (and compress) video at 30 frames per second. Finally, it is powered by Windows Mobile 6, which makes me ask: since when does Windows Mobile look so sexy !? This doesn’t look like Windows Mobile. Interesting fact: the display shows Asian characters, hinting at a possible first release in Asia.

Cowon iAudio 7 gets bumped to 16GB

Cowon iAudio 7 gets bumped to 16GBCowon has just made it known to the world that the iAudio 7 will soon come in a 16GB model, while the D2 will ship with 8GB of internal memory. You can even add another 8GB on the D2 simply by throwing in an 8GB SDHC card as well. This means the 16GB Cowon iAudio 7 can be yours for approximately 235 Euros while the 8GB D2 retails at a more hefty 330 Euros. With that much space available, it is still a far cry from the 80GB available on a hard disk-based iPod, but it sure as heck is more stable since there are no drive heads to plough into your data! Hopefully the advancements in memory technology will one day see the hard drive phased out, replaced by flash memory instead.

Also known as the S640, the HTC Iris comes with a 2.4″ LCD display (no touchscreen here folks), built-in WiFi connectivity, an integrated GPS receiver, a 2 megapixel camera, and a miniUSB connection. Logic3 dedicated iPhone speaker dock

Logic3 dedicated iPhone speaker dock

Logic3 has the honor of of bringing the first dedicated iPhone speaker dock to the market, and it goes by the moniker i-Station Traveler for iPhone. The i-Station Traveler holds your iPhone in a horizontal or vertical manner, depending on your preference. Not only that, it can slide shut when you want to bring it along with you on your travels, measuring a mere 17cm across. The 35mm neodymium drivers are adequate for a small bedroom, but if you’re thinking of throwing a full party with this, I’d seriously ask you to consider as 4 watts of output just isn’t going to make the cut. The i-Station Traveler also works with other iPods as well as devices that come with a 3.5mm jack, making it a truly universal speaker dock. It retails fro £29.99 a pop and comes with a velvet-finish case.
