Belkin has a new 4-port Wireless USB Hub that frees you from the shackle of cables. All you need to do is plug all your USB devices into the Wireless USB Hub, whereas the USB adapter is hooked up to your laptop, essentially giving you wireless access to your USB devices within a 30 foot radius. It will be released later this August in the U.S., followed by Asia, Europe, and Australia. The Wireless USB Hub retails for $199.99 each and boasts data transfer speeds of up to 480Mbps, which is the standard these days. Good to see more and more devices take up the wireless route, as trying to disentangle a bunch of cables can get more challenging than Sudoku at times.

USB hubs are pretty ordinary looking by far and large, and Belkin aims to change that by offering a trio of USB hubs that maximize the space on your desktop. The Swivel Hub is the first, featuring a 2-way swivel connector that affords 180 degrees rotation for angle-up positioning, useful for those using laptops. The Clip-On Hub does as its namesake, holding onto a bundle of cables or an edge of a surface no thicker than 1.25″. As for the Hub-To-Go, this 7-port hub offers a detachable section that makes it smaller with just 4-ports. The Swivel Hub and Clip-On Hub will retail for $29.99 each while the Hub-To-Go is $20 more expensive.

This is definitely something that will thrill your kids - the Phone-shaped Personal Music Pillow. It retails for $14.99 and is extremely comfortable to fall asleep upon. Not only that, you can hook this unique pillow up to a compatible audio source (MP3 player, iPod, PMP) and lull yourself to sleep with a favorite tune. A zip-mesh side holds the player in place, ensuring you won’t wake up with a cracked iPod sitting on the floor.

Room dividers are just that - room dividers, right? Not this room divider from Bronson though, as it offers more than meets the eye by transforming into a flat panel TV storage device. Capable of holding TVs up to 50″ in size, pressing a single button will rotate the TV 180 degrees to face the opposite direction, making this the perfect addition to any space-starved home. Not only does the Bronson Room Divider hold a large flat screen TV, it has also extra room for DVDs, CDs, and other accessories. The $7,000 price tag is definitely not for shallow pockets though.

Tannoy has a brand new PSP speaker system, and this time it comes in the form of the SRS TruSurround. It is capable of processing any multi-channel audio source and converting it into a virtual 5.1 surround sound format over a pair of speakers or headphones, making the listener feel as though they’re surrounded by ‘phantom’ speakers. While that description sounds pretty impressive, I’m still skeptical about real life performance as most products that dispense ‘virtual’ sound rarely, if ever, live up to the promise .If you use your PSP as the primary video and audio playback device of choice (ironic considering how it is meant to be a game player first and foremost), the Tannoy PSP speaker system will retail for £99.99.

The Dolphin MP3 player was named so for one very good reason - it takes to water just like how the mammal itself. This MP3 player will be strapped to the side of your head, and was designed just for swimmers. You won’t find professionals using these during their practice sessions though, but I think it could help those who want to have a go at synchronized swimming. The Dolphin comes in 1GB and 2GB sizes, where the 2GB model will retail for approximately $160. Each purchase comes with water tight earplugs and different lengths of cable that makes you look less ridiculous when used with the armband. You’ll most probably have to import one as it doesn’t look as though it will be heading Stateside.

Ever wished you could carry a personal air conditioner with you, especially during these hot summer days? There is a practical answer to this solution with the Entrak Ventilation Vest. It uses a couple of battery-powered ventilation units which are concealed into its side pockets, circulating air through pressure-resistant fabric at up to 550 liters per minute, resulting in an increased evaporation rate to keep the user cool. Either fan can be turned on individually, and the fans aren’t noisy at all at 41dB-A. While these Ventilation Vests will certainly be more suited towards those in the military, it would be nice to see a more lightweight and discreet version being created for everyday use.

Here’s yet another keyboard that caters for gamers, and this time the Cyber Snipa Warboard holds the honor of doing so. Features include 20 assignable macro keys in addition to 17 swappable combat keys which are used to specify movement directions, weapons selection, reloading, and chat among others. The picture labels probably won’t matter to seasoned veterans, but then again it comes in handy when newbies use the Warboard in order to acclimatize themselves to it. Hopefully additional Warboard combay keys can be purchased in the future since the most used keys often wear out in time. Currently, the Warboard looks more suitable for FPS games than any other genre. Interested gamers will be able to pick this up for $69.99 a pop

The GPlus GP800 cellphone is a pretty stunning handset to look at, boasting a mirror-like display when the screen is turned off, lighting up whenever there is an incoming call or when the user touches any of the buttons. Features include a 3.2 megapixel camera, an integrated FM radio, Bluetooth connectivity, a 2.2″ QVGA display, and a microSD memory card slot. While it looks pretty far out, it remains to be seen whether the user interface will be up to par, especially with the iPhone’s release. One drawback to this highly reflective surface would be the issue of fingerprints, but then again we won’t have to grapple with this issue since it won’t be released outside of Asia at the moment. I suppose the Western equivalent would be the LG Shine.
