Dacky plush robot dog
July 2nd, 2007
Looks like robotic dogs seem to be experiencing a boom not too soon after the Sony Aibo became extinct, and this time we have a plush robotic dog known as Dacky. Half a dozen sensors installed within Dacky helps him learn more about you as well as his surroundings. In due time, Dacky will even learn to chat or sing to you (in Japanese of course), developing a personality to suit the way he is treated. Not only that, Dacky won’t bother you in the middle of your slumber as he is smart enough to adjust his own sleeping pattern to suit yours. This new toy from TakaraTomy retails for $179 a pop, and best of all is, he does not leave any poop for you to clean up.
